When will I receive my camera bag?
We ship from distribution centers in the US, UK, Australia and Hong Kong. We endeavor to ship within two business days of receiving an order. Deliveries to the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand generally are delivered within 3-5 business days. Deliveries to the UK, Hong Kong and China are generally delivered within 1-2 business days. What is your warranty policy?
We warranty our bags against manufacturer defects for one year following purchase. Should you experience problems with your bag, please email us with photos and detailed information at customercare@jototes.com
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of unused bags postmarked within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Also, please note that we can only accept returns of bags purchased from our website. If you decide that you would like to return your bag, please:
1. Postmark the return package within 30 days of its original shipping date.

What is your exchange policy?
If you would prefer a different color or style, please return the unused bag for a refund and order your preferred style as a separate transaction. Please see guidelines and procedure above regarding bag returns.

We endeavor to respond to all emails promptly, and typically respond within the same day, but please note that our offices are closed on weekends.
